We recently found out that there is a small number of orders, which are placed at Bambalandstore after the pre-order was closed (sometimes even months after the pre-order) by using the direct link. Only orders which are placed (and fully paid) during the running pre-order window are considered valid. Our CS will cancel and refund any orders placed after the pre-order is closed.
